PTDTerry Diamond is the founding and Senior Pastor of Abundance of Blessings Church of God In Christ (COGIC) and current overseer of Greater Gospel Hill Church of God in Christ (COGIC).

In 1985, he accepted his calling to ministry under the leadership of Bishop William Nelson Godfrey at North Main Church of God In Christ in Houston, Texas. In 1997, he merged the ministry of Unity Temple Church Of God In Christ, pursued his vision and established what is now Abundance of Blessings (also known as City of Abundance). Abundance is located in the northwest portion of Houston, Texas in the Acres Homes community comprising a congregation of varied backgrounds.

Pastor Diamond has served the church as a musician, specifically a Percussionist and Youth Department President at North Main Church Of God In Christ. He also served as  Associate Minister under the leadership of Pastor William Chill is at Plan of Salvation Church.

Currently, Pastor Diamond serves as Episcopal Adjutant to Bishop CL Bryant, Presiding Prelate of Texas Southeast Third Jurisdiction, Church Of God In Christ. He also  serves as the Evangelism Department President and has recently been appointed Auxiliaries in Ministry (AIM) Chairman.

He is passionate about proclaiming the Good News of Jesus Christ, making the Word of God relevant in the lives of believers, and building the Kingdom of God in the congregation and community. He is a social activist through The Phoenix Consortium for Social Change and is fighting for change within the Black Church as it relates to the extinction of the Black male, the deterioration of the Black family, and the need for community and economic development.
